Big Contest Announcement! California ska superheroes The Aquabats are currently touring with Yo Gabba Gabba Live! and are coming through the Twin Cities on Saturday, March 13th.  After their matinee appearance at the Target Center, our group of heroes will be playing a show at the Triple Rock Social Club that evening with MNSKA band The Prizefighters and zany local hip-hop act Koo Koo Kangaroo.

The zany superhero ska group The Aquabats are coming to Minneapolis on Saturday, March 13th 2010!  The Yo Gabba Gabba! LIVE! tour will be performing at the Target Center and will feature DJ Lance Rock, the Yo Gabba cast, Biz Markie (who will teach the kids how to beat box), and of course The Aquabats.

The Doors open at 2pm with the show at 3pm.  For more information regarding this show, check it out HERE.  I’m not sure how long the Aquabats will play, or how many 6 year olds and parents you’ll be sitting with, but this might be show worth checking out if you’re a mega-fan.
