Hey kids!  Courtney here to give you a little update on the Midwest Ska Moment podcast.  In recent weeks I have been very busy with work, vacations, etc.  Last week, I learned that Jon Brenner, my mentor, friend, and former swim coach lost his battle with brain cancer and went home for a few days to mourn and comfort old friends and family members.  With all of this happening, I decided to take a small week-long break from the podcast.

Doing a daily podcast takes a bunch of time and effort.  Some of you might know this, but it takes a great deal of time to contact bands, obtain music and band bios, record, edit audio, posting it on iTunes and on this site all on my own.  I totally appreciate your continued listenership and support.  I encourage you to continue to give me feedback about the show so that I can bring you the best podcast.  Become a fan of us on FACEBOOK, follow me on TWITTER, and EMAIL me your thoughts and suggestions.
