We Are The Union EP on Paper + Plastick

Michigan ska-punkers We Are The Union sure have been busy since they played last July’s MNSka showcase at Station 4 in St. Paul, MN! They have just released their new EP The Gun Show Must Go On via Paper + Plastick Records, an indie label created by Less Than Jake’s Vinnie Fiorello. It is available digitally only at www.paperandplastick.com for $2.
We Are The Union recorded the 3 song EP with Matt Allison (Alkaline Trio, Less Than Jake) at his Atlas studio in Chicago and was mixed by Bill Stevenson (Black Flag, NOFX, Rise Against). The band plans to head back into the studio this June to finish recording their full-length debut on Paper + Plastick due this fall. The band will finish its current 6 week tour June 1, head to the studio for a couple weeks, then playing the Milwaukee, Chicago, and Detroit Warped Tour dates.
Let’s hope they make it back to Minnesota for their fall tour!
